Steak Pasta

Here’s a delicious recipe for Steak Pasta that’s hearty and packed with flavor:

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or your favorite)
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank steak), thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining. Set aside.
  2. Cook the steak: In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the sliced steak with salt and pepper. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned but still tender. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Sauté the garlic: In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes: Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  5. Make the sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and add the Italian seasoning. Bring to a gentle simmer and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Combine everything: Add the cooked pasta and steak to the skillet, tossing everything together. If the sauce is too thick, use some reserved pasta water to loosen it up.
  7. Garnish and serve: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil or parsley.

This Steak Pasta is a satisfying and delicious dish that combines tender steak with creamy sauce and pasta—perfect for a comforting dinner!
