Steak Bites

Here’s a quick and savory recipe for Steak Bites:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for a little heat

Instructions:

  1. Season the steak bites: In a bowl, toss the cubed steak with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat olive oil (or butter) in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, add the steak bites in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if needed.
  3. Sear the steak: Cook the steak bites for about 2-3 minutes per side, until a nice golden-brown crust forms. For medium-rare, you want them to cook for about 4-5 minutes total. Adjust cooking time for desired doneness.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, add the minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet, stirring to coat the steak bites.
  5. Remove from heat and transfer the steak bites to a plate. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes if desired.

These Steak Bites are perfect served as an appetizer, over mashed potatoes, or alongside roasted veggies!
