Yeah, you heard that right! All of the taste of cookie dough with the added goodness of chocolate collagen & chickpeas! I have had such a sweet tooth recently and this has hit the spot! Such a simple and easy recipe! Less than 10 ingredients and made in your food processor!
- 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed, for smoother consistency, remove shells)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 c. chocolate chips (save out of food processor until end)
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 scoops Bulletproof Chocolate Collagen (any collagen will work here!)
Add all ingredients to the food processor (save chocolate chips until the end!) and blend until cookie dough consistency.
