Ingredients:
- For the Chicken:
- 1 lb (450g) chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)

- For the Vegetables:
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets

- 1-inch piece of ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions:
- Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and cornstarch. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Prepare the Sauce:
