Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts, thinly sliced into strips

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8-10 flour tortillas (small or medium)
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
