Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 8 oz (225g) fresh mozzarella, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
