Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash and dry the berries.
- Slice larger berries like strawberries if needed.
- Layer the Parfait:
- In a glass or bowl, start with a spoonful of Greek yogurt.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
