  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup beef broth or water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles: Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions (without the seasoning packets). Drain and set aside.
  2. Blanch the broccoli: In the same pot, add the broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn bright green and are tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
